Neatfile helps you plan how your own files are organised. This policy sets the boundaries: use it lawfully, keep confidential information out of the tool, and do not try to break or overload the service.
01PurposeKeep Neatfile safe and useful by using it only for lawful digital organisation.
This policy sets out how you may use Neatfile. It forms part of our Terms of Service. The service exists to help you plan how your own files and material are organised.
02Do not paste sensitive informationThe tool only needs a description; never give it secrets or other people's confidential data.
A folder plan is built from a description, so it never needs your secrets. Do not paste passwords, card or bank numbers, government identifiers, health information, or confidential or personal information belonging to other people into the bench.
You are responsible for the text you submit. Share only what you are entitled to share and comfortable processing for this purpose.
03Prohibited usesNo unlawful, infringing, harmful or deceptive use of the service or its output.
You must not use Neatfile to:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or plan the organisation of unlawful material;
- organise, catalogue or facilitate access to content that infringes intellectual property or other rights;
- submit malware, or content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful or obscene;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection to anyone;
- attempt to derive, reproduce or misuse the identity, branding or intellectual property of any third party through the tool or its output;
- present Neatfile output as professional data-management, security, legal, financial or medical advice.
04Do not abuse the serviceNo probing, overloading, scraping or circumventing limits.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts or our infrastructure.
- Do not interfere with, overload or disrupt the service, or bypass rate limits, allowances or security controls.
- Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service, or use automated means to place excessive load on generation.
- Do not reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.
05Reporting and enforcementWe may suspend accounts that breach this policy; tell us about misuse.
If you believe someone is misusing the service, or that output infringes your rights, email support@sortedysoft.shop. We may investigate suspected breaches and may warn, limit, suspend or terminate access, and cooperate with authorities where the law requires.
