Neatfile generates folder structures, naming conventions, declutter checklists, archive rules, weekly routines, illustrative diagrams and short walkthrough videos. Everything it produces is AI-generated organisational guidance, created from the written description you give it.

It is a planning aid. Every plan is a suggestion for you to review, adapt and choose whether to follow. A person — you — always decides what to act on.

Neatfile never accesses, reads, uploads, moves or deletes your real files.

There is no feature anywhere in Neatfile that connects to a device, cloud drive, photo library or mailbox, and none that uploads, scans, syncs, moves, renames or deletes anything you own. It works only from the words you type. Every actual change to your files is carried out by you, by hand, on your own equipment.

Reorganising files means moving and sometimes deleting them. Before you follow any part of a plan, make a verified backup. Neatfile cannot undo a change you make and is not responsible for files lost, misplaced or overwritten while you carry out a reorganisation.

Treat any "bin" or "archive" suggestion as a prompt to check, not an instruction. Confirm you no longer need something, and that it is backed up, before you remove it.
